I just watched Paula Dean... and my god, she had an episode on BUTTER, which was pretty much like every episode, but with more butter.
It made me a little sick, especially when they made the fried butter balls (seriously?!) and I think my throat constricted at the thought of artery blockage. The best part was the cream cheese--whose purpose is to give the butter a bit more consistency. Gross! and yet, completely fascinating.
They even got her a life-sized bust in her likeness out of butter. And she kissed it, which makes Paula Dean pretty fucking badass.
